Kilton Mill House is a large Grade 11 listed cottage sitting on the outskirts of a small fishing village on the North Yorkshire coastline.

The cottage very unique and is of public interest as a former millers cottage dating back to the mid 18th century, and even gets a mention in the Doomsday Book. Its neighbour is one of the few remaining water mills in England and although has recently been renovated into a private dwelling, still retains the original workings of the old mill.

The lovely position of the cottage means it can offer many different styles of holiday and will suit almost all guests. The cottage benefits from both its seclusion from the crowds for those who want relaxation, but also suitable for those wanting a more active holiday as it benefits from very easy access to all local ameneties, attractions and lovely places to visit.

The cottage is within a 5-10 minute walk from the lovely local beach, and close to other beautiful beaches along the North Yorkshire coast, including Staithes which is a 5 minute drive, and the lovely Victorian town of Saltburn which is also a 5 minute drive.

Other very close coastal towns to visit that offer breathtaking views along the coastline are, Runswick Bay (10 mins drive), Sandsend (20 mins drive) and Whitby (25 mins drive).

The cottage is also very close to the beautiful North Yorkshire moors and the charming villages scattered across the breathtaking landscape and is only a 10 min drive.

The cottage is suitable for all guests whether wanting relaxation, a walking holiday, beach and coastal holiday, visiting local attractions and beautiful villages, or just as a base for a family get together and with free Wifi
